THE VOUCHER
This great gift includes the following:
- Bottle of wine in the room on arrival
- Overnight accommodation for two in a twin or double room
- Full breakfast the next morning
HOW TO PURCHASE
All you have to do is purchase a voucher for £99 (plus £1 service charge). You will then receive the voucher to either gift to someone or keep for yourself and have a choice to stay at any of the current participating hotels (the list will be updated regularly as we get more hotels onboard for this great offer).
You can purchase multiple vouchers at one time for different recipients - or to use them for multiple nights/stays.
DELIVERY
EMAIL: Vouchers will be sent to you instantly.
POST: Vouchers will be sent out via Royal Mail First Class. (Vouchers will be posted out from the first week in December 2025.
COLLECTION: You can arrange to pick your voucher up from our Head Office at 3 Dunlop Street, ML10 6LA. Once your purchase is complete we will send you an email with collection instructions. (Vouchers will be available to collect from the first week in December 2025)
THE FINER DETAILS
Subject to availability at the time of booking. Additional nights can be added separately. Availability may be limited over peak times such as Valentine's, Bank Holidays etc. Some hotels will only accept the voucher during certain periods of the year or will apply a supplement for peak dates. Bookings can be made from 3rd January 2026 (some hotels may be bookable before this date). T&Cs apply.
HOW TO REDEEM
You can redeem your vouchers easily online, or by calling us. Redemptions will be available to book from 3rd January 2026 (please note that some hotels will have them available to book before this date). All you or the recipient have to do is follow the link on the voucher/email, enter your code where prompted, then choose your hotel and book the date that suits you. Once it's time for your break just take the voucher to the hotel with you (or have it handy on your phone to present at check-in) and enjoy!
OUR PROMISE
Bookings made with this voucher are on flexible terms, meaning that, up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival date you can change your date or hotel and if you need to cancel, we can arrange this and reinstate your voucher to be used again. Amendments carry an admin fee of £5 and cancellations are £7.50. Please note, some hotels may have a longer cancellation/amendment period - this will be stated on your booking.
