Covid-19 Booking Information

Due to the ongoing virus outbreak we have been experiencing a high number of enquiries from people who have booked breaks with us due to arrive in the coming months. Please be patient with our hard-working team as we do our best to deal with any and all concerns that you may have regarding your bookings.
For anyone looking to book something for later in the year to have something to look forward to. Just as a reminder the vast majority of our offers are on flexible terms meaning there is no money to pay until you stay, you can amend the date or hotel free of charge and you can now cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
Here is our latest update regarding our bookings and vouchers.
BOOKINGS UP UNTIL 30TH JUNE
These have now all been cancelled free of charge and you should have already received an email from us with the details. Any bookings paid for upfront will be refunded. Bookings made with vouchers will be reinstated so they can be used again.
We do have offers and availability for later in the year so please check our website or send us a message with your details and we will come back to you.
All monetary vouchers still to be used and due to expire in 2020 have now been extended until 31st March 2021.
For our Hotel Break for Two vouchers these are now valid until 31st March 2021.
We would like to thank you again for your cooperation and understanding during this time. We are constantly monitoring the guidelines available and we will put the necessary steps in place to make sure we are keeping everyone safe.
