The Copper Dog at the Craigellachie Hotel has a great country pub vibe and is not only popular with locals, the ambience, food and service also attractions travellers from far and wide.

The food menu served is strictly from farm to fork with produce sourced from within a 50 mile radius of the hotel where possible. Speyside is home to some of the finest produce in Scotland, including organic Aberdeen Angus beef, fresh fish from the Moray Firth, Walkers Shortbread and wild venison. At the copper bar you’ll find a selection of beers from local craft breweries alongside the familiar favourite ales and a large cocktail list, full of delicious whisky cocktails.

The Copper Dog boats a crackling wood fire on in the winter, and a large sun-terrace for outdoor drinking and dining during the summer months making it the best spot to dine no matter the time of the year.

Quaich Bar
The Quaich, founded in 1893, is the world’s leading whisky bar. It houses over 900 single-malt whiskies from across the globe. In addition, a wide selection of local ales and carefully-selected wines are also available at the Quaich Bar.

All furniture in the Quaich has been handcrafted by British craftsmen, Soane. The bar itself is lined with a silver band, designed by the iconic jeweler Stephen Webster and produced by Hamilton & Inches, Silversmith’s to Her Majesty the Queen.
