"The Heart of England" A blend of cities, market towns and quaint villages. The Heart of England is packed full of iconic buildings, castles & gardens. There are fine golf courses, magical walks and strolls and many other outdoor activities.

BEDFORDSHIRE
Bedfordshire has a wide range of landscapes to experience. Ranging from the fantastic views at the Chalk hills of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the south, to the contrasting wooded hills of the Greensand Ridge which cross the middle of Bedfordshire as well as the river valleys of the Great Ouse, Ouzel, Ivel and Flit. Bedfordshire has so much to offer, with an enormous wealth of heritage, archaeology, wildlife, nature and habitats within the rural and urban landscapes.

Perhaps one of the most famous houses in Bedfordshire is Bletchley Park, see the largest display of enigma machines and the unbreakable cipher machine which shortened the course of WW2.

RAF Duxford is home to one of the worlds most spectacular heritage complexes with over 200 aircraft on display. During the year look out for the Airshows they lay on in May, July and September.
