I have been in touch with My Hotel Break on numerous occasions over the past very “ trying year”. I had lost a voucher gifted to me at Christmas and was in a panic. I emailed and was promptly reassured and steps taken to issue another copy of my voucher. The emails sent were so refreshing and pleasant and extremely prompt from Holly Paton. I cannot thank her enough. Following this, I enquired about several hotels via messenger and again extremely prompt. This morning I awoke to an email from Susan responding to an email only sent last night, reimbursing me for £5 cancellation charges due to Covid related issues. My mum has used this company for years to gift my sisters and I Christmas presents. I use it all the time and my husband is forever finding great deals!! I’m rambling on but can’t recommend the site enough for quality customer service.

All staff have been great especially with trying times this year. Several emails and a couple of calls to book, cancel and extend voucher due to covid. Each time staff have been helpful, friendly and professional. Great service, thank you so much.

Have used myhotelbreak a few times now,would not use any other company now,they have the best deals & a great choice of hotels,we always go away as two couples and have had some amazing times,we have a few booked already for when lockdown finishes and can travel again,thanks to all your team who have worked so hard during this pandemic.

Very happy with the service received. Initial e-mails were responded to promptly and comprehensively. when i phoned to confirm the booking, the dates i had originally enquired about were no longer available, however the person i spoke with was very helpful in finding alternative dates, pleasant, professional, and efficient and we got a break booked Can't ask for more than that :o)

I can't begin to imagine what a tough 12 months it's been for this company (and the whole sector). We had a booking which has had to be moved due to lockdown and given the service I've had from elsewhere was expecting this to take weeks or months. Susan from MyHotelBreak was extremely responsive and immediately cancelled our booking and re-issued a new voucher. We can now book at our convenience and finally get away in 2021! Great service, well done :)
