I HAVE RECENTLY ASKED FOR AN EXTENSION TO THE TIME AVAILABLE TO USE VOUCHERS THAT WERE DUE TO EXPIRE IN DECEMBER 2020. INITIALLY THE DATE WAS EXTENDED TO MARCH 2021. NOW, THE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED ONCE AGAIN TO DECEMBER 2021. IT IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY WHO ARE NOT TRYING TO CAPITALISE ON THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SITUATION AND ARE SO HELPFUL IN LOOKING AFTER THE INTERESTS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. OUR VOUCHERS WOULD BE USED BY ONE COUPLE IN THEIR 80'S WHO WILL ONLY BE COMFORTABLE TO TRAVEL FOR A HOTEL SAY WHEN THEY FEEL ABSOLUTELY SAFE. THIS EXTENSION GIVES THEM SO MUCH REASSURANCE. I HAVE USED MYHOTELBREAK ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE MOST AMAZING DEALS IN FABULOUS HOTELS. THEY ARE MY FIRST CHOICE WHEN LOOKING FOR A STAY IN THE UK. I have had a gift voucher from Christmas last year which was extended till March this year. But due to conflicting shifts with myself and my partner we were struggling to find somewhere to book for the march deadline, a few emails in and Susan was able to get the voucher extended till the end of the year. I've had wonderful service with myhotelbreak whenever I've used them and would be hard pushed to book a staycation with any other company, truly excellent service.
Susan helped me with a voucher query regarding a voucher I purchased for my parents last year & made sure we would be able to rearrange a trip for them easily. Always receive first class service from My Hotel break. Thanks again!
Contacted company to sort voucher as this was bought last year but due to pandemic couldn’t be used. Susan got back to me within minutes and managed to sort it. Amazing service!!
I have always found the staff at Myhotelbreaks.com really helpful and this time was no different. Having bought a voucher for 2020 and not being able to use it they first extended it to March 2021 an now have extended it further to the end of the year. I haven't found every company so amenable so it's great to know that Myhotelbreaks is happy to keep it's customers happy!

Unbeatable customer service! We were given a voucher for a night away for Christmas last year, 2019. We intended using it in the spring but obviously with Covid restrictions that didn’t happen. The voucher expiry date was December 2020, but it has been replaced and now expires December 2021. We even got an email from the MD himself. ??
Had the lovely Susan help to unfortunately cancel the weekend we had booked for my birthday weekend obv due to covid restrictions this wouldn't go ahead as planned. Look forward to booking in the future though.

Had to cancel my trip with partner to Stirling due to covid restrictions.when find out more what’s happening will book this hotel again

I had to amend my booking due to travel restrictions. I did this through the Live Help. Susan amended the booking quickly. I am very impressed with the service.

Unfortunately due to tier 3 restrictions this is just not a time to travel across scotland and will hopefully be able to find such a great deal early nxt year.
I have cancelled due to gov restrictions as we have been advised as a tear 3 not to travel out of our area.
I will be booking with yous again very soon as long as covid restrictions don't stop me doing so.

We asked to amend our booking to November due to current restrictions. Nothing was too much trouble and the agent changed our booking with no problem, great service in these uncertain times!
