Disappointed that I had to cancel booking it was a birthday treat. Due to COVID test..Found myhotelbreak easy to book hotel and grateful that I could cancel although disappointed.

You cannot get better than this travel agent.
The staff are so pleasant and understanding.
The phone gets answered very quickly.

Everything was great and easy to book, I just can't take the time off over Easter now but will be booking in the near future

Had to cancel because my wife and I have tested positive for covid. We where looking forward to our break so we will just have to put it on hold.

Never used my hotel break before and got a very helpful lady called Katy who could not have been more helpful.I will certainly use this company again and all thanks to Katy for her expertise and helpfulness.

We would definitely book our hotel here again. No hassle or issues when changing or cancelling a booking as well as a good price for the stays.

Bit strange this one booked Hotel on your web page no problem all sorted. Within an hour get a call to say sorry but the hotel is fully boked and should not have let you make the booking. Ok fair enough sometimes this can happen. What I was most annoyed about was getting told if we cancel they will waive the cancellation fee. Excuse me I could have argued I had a legitimate booking. I was thinking the agent was hoping I would just change the booking too a later date but no I need now to find something else for that night as we dont often get a chace to get away together.
