We have booked a weekend with you at Shap wells Hotel Penrith from 1st to the 3rd of may this has been cancelled by you because of the virus our voucher expires on the first of 1st December will the voucher be extended by you . Yours mr c Fieldhouse
We have previously stayed in this hotel, we absolutely loved it, the whole experience was fantastic.Ive booked another 2 stays for this year all been well.

I have too cancel my booking due to the corona virus as we are in lockdown. I hope to use your service again once this awful period of time has passed. My booking was recently amended for me when the price went down with no fuss. Great service and I have never been disappointed with any of my bookings. Stay safe all the team and I look forward to booking through you again.

I have underlying health reasons for cancelling my booking, on the advice of my GP. I feel it would be irresponsible for me to consider any travel at this time

I have travelled with your company for years & this is the first time I have cancelled,my husband & myself are both in our seventies & are following government advice not to travel. I know you have a business to run but we are cancelling due to circumstances beyond our control
We always use your company but meanwhile i have to isolate due to insulin dependent and diabetic. My sister who was joinng is going through cancer treatment. This was a meeting place for us so as soon as possible we will reschedule. Thank you for your help.
We are so sad at having to cancel but given the situation regarding corona virus we had no choice,we were looking forward to this break and the booking procedure was so simple and the cancellation as well, these breaks look pretty good value and as soon as the situation improves rest assured we will look to book with you again.
