Had an issue with my voucher, no problems spoke to Clair and she sorted it straight away. I phoned the next day to book my break and by a lucky chance got to speak to Clair again i could not fault her in any way the most pleasant and helpful person .

First class service from Nichola at my holiday break! booked a last minute hotel my husband took Ill and unfortunately had to cancel at short notice, the office was closed sent email, the following day it was picked up promptly and dealt with very professionally and efficiently first class service.
