Delivery
Email: Sent instantly after purchase – perfect for last-minute gifting.
Post: Beautifully presented printed vouchers will be available from early December. Once available, these will be dispatched within 72 hours of purchase.
For Christmas delivery, please order by 5pm on Thursday 18th December.
Collection: Vouchers will be available to collect from the first week in December 2025 from our offices at 3 Dunlop Street, Strathaven, ML10 6DA (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Please allow 24 hours from purchase for processing — or call us on 01357 529 129 (ext 1) to check if same-day collection is possible. We recommend phoning ahead to confirm your vouchers are ready.
How to redeem
1. The recipient visits myhotelbreak.com/redeem or scans the QR code found on the voucher.
2. The voucher reference should then be entered for them to choose their hotel, check available dates and complete their booking.
3. Once booked, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered during the booking process.
Fine details
Valid for stays from 3rd January – 22nd December 2026 (some hotels may open for bookings before this date).
Choose from 100+ participating hotels across the UK, with more being added regularly.
All stays are subject to availability, and some hotels may offer limited or restricted dates during peak periods (Valentine’s, Festive, Summer and Bank Holidays, etc.) or apply supplements for weekends or premium dates such as summer stays.
Extra nights can be added separately — giving you option to extend your stay.
Change your date or hotel up to 48 hours before arrival (£5 fee), or cancel and reinstate your voucher for £7.50. (Some hotels may require longer notice — details shown at booking stage and on your confirmation.)
You can purchase multiple vouchers at one time for different recipients - or use them for multiple nights/stays.
