Bar & Restaurant

Outdoor Dining Terrace

The Craiglands Hotel Brasserie 1 restaurant offers a pleasant mix of modern design and traditional quality. The restaurant also benefits from a light bright environment and on winter evenings an open fire adding to the ambience.

The menu combines simplicity with excellent locally sourced ingredients and offers a relatively narrow selection to ensure a consistently high standard with the choice changing regularly to maximise the use of produce appropriate to each season. The chefs believe in working with good local suppliers and producing excellent food at a fair price. You won't find any bad stuff in any dishes just good home cooked meals with style. The meat is all sourced from the famous Ilkley butcher David Lishman and Lishman's award winning pork sausages with colcannon and a mustard sauce is a particular favourite.
