The Kingsmills Hotel welcomes guests who wish to bring their dogs to stay with them and they don’t charge you any extra.
However, there is a strict pet policy in operation at the Hotel. The Kingsmills Hotel offers pet friendly bedrooms that are designed for you. These rooms have patio access leading into the garden (subject to availability-please contact our reservations team prior to booking)
Your dog will also receive some doggy treats in the room on arrival.

The beautiful Conservatory restaurant at The Kingsmills is an impressive setting for any occasion, whether it’s a relaxed lunch with friends, a business meeting or a romantic dinner for two. The Conservatory is flooded with refreshing natural light, creating a calming sense of space. No matter when you choose to visit, you can experience a fresh and unpretentious approach to Scottish cuisine.
The a la carte menu features locally sourced ingredients from Inverness and the surrounding Scottish Highlands. With lobster fresh from the boat in morning and on the menu that evening, you will experience truly memorable flavours from Scotland’s natural larder. The menu is regularly updated with contemporary seasonal dishes allowing you to enjoy a light, crisp salad in the spring, tender game dishes in the winter and rich root vegetables in the autumn.
Lunch at the Conservatory restaurant is served from 12pm-2pm, Monday to Saturday. Our traditional Sunday lunch is served from 12:30pm-2:30pm and is always extremely popular.
Dinner is served from 5pm-9:30pm, Monday to Sunday.
The Whisky Bar

Directions to the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness or Kingsclub & Spa in Inverness
Exit for Inverness. At the roundabout take the exit at the sign marked for Kingsmills, carry on this road for 1/2 mile and turn right at the small roundabout. You will pass Inverness Golf Club on and the Kingsmills Hotel can be seen on the left just after lights.
Take the signs for Inverness on the A82 when arriving in Inverness you will be on Glen Urquhart Road, this will then take you onto Tomnahurich Street. You will then come to the Ness Bridge, across the bridge you will come to a set of traffic lights. Go straight ahead at the lights and proceed up castle street past McDonalds. Take the first left at the top of the hill after the lights onto Old Edinburgh Road, go straight through the traffic lights and on to Annfield Road. At the junction turn left onto Culcabock Road and the Kingsmills Hotel is on right hand side.
For those arriving by public transport, Kingsmills is less than a 10 minute taxi ride from Inverness train station, and 9 miles away from Inverness Airport. Local bus links are also available.
