The Pitbauchlie House Hotel has 50 en suite bedrooms which are positioned throughout the hotel on both the ground and first floor. There are 18 ground floor bedrooms. You will find that all rooms have been thoughtfully furnished to ensure a relaxed stay or successful business trip. The hotel is set in 3 acres of wooded grounds and ornate gardens which are set back from the main road, ensuring a peaceful nights sleep.
The spacious, Deluxe rooms feature King Size Double beds.

One bedroom is available which has achieved the classification- Category Three - Access for visitors with mobility difficulties.
The room is an ensuite double bedded room. The shower is located over the bath. All the hotel services are on the ground floor with level access from hotel reception. The hotel has 18 ground floor bedrooms.
All the hotel bars, restaurants and function rooms are located on the ground floor with level access from the car park via the hotel reception.
A complimentary Scotsman newspaper is available to all guests and it is possible to arrange a wake up alarm call with reception.

Restaurant 47 is a bright and modern restaurant which overlooks the hotel's beautiful gardens offering a superb A La Carte Dinner Menu and Wine List with tempting choices for the more discerning diner.

Harvey’s Bistro A modern, bright, vibrant bar and conservatory which overlooks the hotels beautiful gardens. The menu is Brasserie Style and offers traditional favourites such as Homemade Beef Steak Pie to Char Grilled Harissa Lamb Steak, Oven Baked Salmon, Salad Selection, Pasta and Pizza.
From 12 noon - 2.30 as well as the full Bistro menu we offer a Snack Menu which offers a large selection of Hot or Cold Baguettes, Sandwiches and Tortilla Wraps with a selection of fillings.
The Dessert Menu with Pot au Chocolate, Strawberry Meringue Sundae,Lemon Tart and Banoffee Sundae will temp even the figure watching sweet tooth’s and the Coffee Menu with its selection of Cappuccinos, Espresso and Machiattos will finish off your meal in style.
Children's Menu's are available and of course we can cater for special dietary requirements. The conservatory bistro is very popular and booking is advisable.
Open from 12 noon until 2.30 pm and 6.00 pm until 9.30 pm Monday to Thursday and from 12 noon until 9.30 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Sam's Bar is a modern and bright bar with large screen TV's to watch your favorite team Live.
Bar 47 Overlooks the hotels gardens and has views towards the Forth Road and Rail Bridges with the Pentland Hills in the background. The lounge bar with sofas is perfect for relaxing whilst sampling from the vast Cocktail List, or Wine Menu. The bar has over 70 Malt Whiskys plus a large selection of Premium Vodkas, Cognacs and Gins.
There is a small fitness room equipped with a running machine, step machine, an exercise bike and weights for guests use.

From the South A(M)90, Forth Road Bridge
Leave the M90 at junction 2, taking you onto the A823. At the roundabout turn right, follow signs for "Dunfermline Town Centre". Continue on A823 through two roundabouts. Turn right at traffic lights onto the B916, Aberdour Road (pub on the corner, "Cottage Inn"). The Pitbauchlie House is situated ½ mile on the right.
From the North M90 and Kirkcaldy A92
Motorway junction 3, follow signs for "Dunfermline Town Centre." Continue through 3 roundabouts, passing Lauder college and Asda. Turn left at traffic lights onto Linburn Road. Continue over 2 roundabouts and at 3rd roundabout turn right along Aberdour Road. We are situated 1 mile on left.
From the West Kincardine Bridge A994
Take the signs to Dunfermline. Carry on through town centre at first roundabout (Sinclair Gardens). Take the third exit down St. Margaret's Drive, to a roundabout, take second exit, Bothwell Street (Church on left). Through another roundabout, continue on Hospital Hill then turn left onto Aberdour Road B916, (pub on corner, "Cottage Inn"). We are situated ½ mile on the right.
