The Auchrannie Resort in Brodick on the beautiful Isle of Arran is a luxury resort comprising two 4-star hotels with 85 rooms. Auchrannie House Hotel has 28 bedrooms. Each has been designed in keeping with the country house and offers panoramic views of Auchrannie's expansive grounds. Whether travelling alone or as a couple, the romantic and relaxing House Hotel will ensure a perfect stay with intimate and well-equipped bedrooms and open fires burning in the individually designed lounges.

Why not upgrade your stay to a larger executive room with a super-king-sized bed with a comfy chill-out area for work or play. Or, a sumptuous suite, with a super-king-sized bed, a separate lounge to relax in, a glamorous bathroom with Raindance showers and a bathtub big enough for two.

The Auchrannie Spa Resorts has 57 bedrooms which offer the flexibility and space to ensure a relaxing stay, whether you're travelling alone, as a couple, in a group or as a family.

Each standard room has a seating area with a large sofa, table and chairs so you can sit back and enjoy the views of either 'Glen Cloy' or Arran's highest peak 'Goatfell'. These rooms are ideal for families as the sofa converts to two full-sized single beds and still leaves enough space for everyone to be able to chill out and relax.

In addition to this, there are also 18 new executive rooms and 2 suites available to book now. Adjoining the existing Spa Resort building, all of the new rooms feature a bunk room - allowing guests with children additional privacy, space and comfort.

Furthermore, all guests staying in the Spa Resort will have access to family resource rooms and new guest lounges with upgrades available to the rooms with access to executive lounges, outdoor terraces and the newly fitted hot tub.

Cruize Bar Brasserie, located in the Spa Resort is a stylish, modern and contemporary glass galleried bar brasserie. The chef has created an Innovative modern menu with traditional favourites and freshly prepared homemade pizzas & pasta. A soft play and games area is available for the children along with a fun child-friendly menu.
Open seven days a week for breakfasts, snacks, coffees, cakes, lunch or dinner. Booking is recommended. Enjoy one of the speciality cocktails on the outdoor balcony with stunning glen views. For larger parties, why not organise private dining in the lovely Glen Cloy suite, adjacent to the main restaurant.

The Auchrannie House Hotel’s Brambles Seafood & Grill offers a truly different dining experience in a relaxed and bustling atmosphere. Have a drink at the bar; enjoy a frothy coffee by the fire or a glass of wine on the outdoor terrace.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks and drinks throughout. Booking is recommended. A children's menu is also available.

At the Eighteen69 restaurant, you can embrace the hotel’s passion for tradition & elegance. Eighteen69 is Auchrannie's flagship restaurant - holder of the prestigious 'Eat Scotland Silver Award'.
Enjoy a glass of champagne or a drink in the bar while you relax in deep comfy couches in front of roaring open fires in the original lounges of the House Hotel built in 1869. In the glasshouse, which overlooks the gardens, tapas are on the menu, with these smaller dishes of contemporary Scottish flair perfect for sharing! Booking is recommended.

The Auchrannie Resort’s Chefs use only free-range chicken, 21-day hung beef, and fresh seafood and all produce are sourced as locally as possible with all meats freshly prepared.

Guests can dine in any of the restaurants during their stay at Auchrannie Hotel. There is a food allowance of £20 per person per night included in any of the Dinner inclusive rates/packages.

Location & Directions

Directions to Auchrannie Resort in Brodick on the Isle of Arran:

The Isle of Arran is located off the west coast of Scotland with regular ferry services (taking less than 1 hour) available from Ayrshire (Ardrossan) and Kintyre (Clonaig). For up-to-date ferry timetables please visit the Caledonian MacBrayne website.

Train services operate from Glasgow city (55 minutes) as well as Glasgow Airport (65 minutes) and Prestwick Airport (45 minutes) - timed to connect with ferry services to and from Ardrossan.

The Auchrannie Resort is located just one mile from the island's main ferry port at Brodick.
When leaving the terminal, turn right onto the A841 and follow the road through Brodick village for 0.7 miles. As you pass Brodick golf clubhouse (right-hand side), the road will bend to the right, immediately after this bend, take the first left for Auchrannie Hotel and Auchrannie loges, or continue on the road for a further 0.1 miles taking the next left for Auchrannie Spa.

For passengers arriving on foot, a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service are offered at Brodick ferry terminal. This must be arranged in advance with the hotel.

Travelling to the Scottish islands: Recommended pre-departure testing The Scottish government have issued advice on anyone planning to travel to a Scottish island to take a rapid lateral flow test before they do so. This is a voluntary scheme to try to prevent any spread from the mainland and you will not need evidence of a negative test to travel to a Scottish island. Ferry Shuttle Service - Please check prior to arrival if this service is still available

The Auchrannie Resort will collect guests and return guests for free to and from the ferry terminal at Brodick. Please organise this direct with the Auchrannie Resort.

Children's Rates:
When adding children to a reservation at the hotel the rate quoted is the total for adults only. Children's rates will be applied at the hotel direct and are as follows:
Children (0 - 2 years) Bed & Breakfast - £8.00 per child per night
Children (3 - 17 years) Bed & Breakfast - £14.00 per child per night

Pet Friendly:
For overnight stays a supplement is charged of £10 per dog per night in hotel rooms. For lodges and retreats it’s £30 per stay for 1 VIP or £40 for 2. This will be added to your bill at the hotel. 

You’ll find a doggy treat in your room/lodge or retreat on arrival and fluffy towels for muddy paws at the VIP entrances in both hotels.
You can relax with your dog in the bar and lounges at eighteen69, in the Waterside Bar (next to Brambles) or within any of the guest lounges in
the Spa Resort.

On sunnier days chill out on the Cruize Balcony, Brambles terrace or outside spaces next to the Spa Resort guest lounges. Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere.
