Facilities include a 14-metre infinity pool, a children’s pool, a herbal sauna, an aromatic steam room, a spa bath, a fitness suite with state-of-the-art gym equipment and integrated television system, a weights room, two all-weather floodlit tennis courts, as well as four treatment suites to enjoy a range of therapies and unique signature beauty treatments.

A range of therapies are available, all of which have been carefully selected for product integrity, therapeutic principles and the results they provide. These include Elemis, Fake Bake and Jessica.

Care has also been taken to select highly trained therapists and use the most effective skincare brands, with treatments designed for maximum benefit, delivered within a climate of expertise and well-being.

Spa facilities are open Mon-Fri from 7.00am - 9.00pm and Sat-Sun from 7.00am-8.00pm.

By Road: From Carmarthen take A40 to St Clears, then follow the A477, turn left at Milton village for Lamphey and watch for a sign at the crossroads.

By Rail or Coach: There are fast train services from most parts of Britain and through trains in summer. Express coach services operate daily.

By Air: Helicopters may land at the hotel and light aircraft at Haverfordwest. Cardiff airport is 90 minutes away.

By Sea: Irish and Stena Line ferries sail to Pembroke Dock and Fishguard.

Well worth a visit is picturesque Tenby, St David’s Cathedral and the 13th Century Bishop’s Palace here at Lamphey, or you can just browse around antique shops, as well as arts and craft studios.

Younger visitors will never get bored, given the nearby leisure and activity parks, including Oakwood, Heatherton and Dinosaur Park, alongside nature reserves, marine life parks, as well as Folly Farm, where the family can enjoy a day exploring a working farmstead.

The Milford Haven Waterway is within easy access of the hotel and is a must-see for both leisure and business visitors to this important area. The Haven is Britain’s largest and deepest natural harbour. It was once a favourite port of call for Admiral Nelson but now stands as a crucial trading point, with giant supertankers every day delivering cargo to our shores.
