Each of the 26 bedrooms are individually decorated and styled. Of course, every room has an ensuite bathroom.
While all of the bedrooms at this holiday resort in Scotland are comfortable, certain rooms are a bit more special than others.

Standard Room
These rooms offer all you need to feel at home with a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities.

Executive Room
These rooms offer a little more space and may offer a better location or quirky shape.

Suites
The Suites are either situated on the top or ground floors of the original building and have lots of character and charm. They have plenty of additional space making it the perfect choice for those looking to relax or those looking to accommodate children.

Accessible Rooms
There are a few ground-floor rooms available that are ideal for disabled guests and their carers or for families with young children.
Due to the resort's countryside location, the internet is not what is available in major cities. For this reason, they are not able to offer anything more than a basic connection through WiFi.
These self-catering cottages in Aberfeldy are ideal for families and groups of friends, the Perthshire holiday cottages are great value and provide a real cost-effective holiday choice.

Courtyard Cottages
Just a short walk from the main reception area lies the resort’s Courtyard Suites which have been converted from the original farm courtyard buildings.
There is a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom cottages, some with access to outdoor space but all offering plenty of space to cook, dine and relax.

Garden Wynd Cottages
The Garden Wynd cottages comprise a selection of one, two and three-bedroom cottages situated close to the leisure centre and hotel. All the cottages are quite unique and individual, including Foxglove, a lovely three-bedroom cottage with its only separate dining room and Gorse, our unique three-bedroom cottage built over three floors, which you can imagine affords you spectacular views across the hills.

Walled Garden Cottages
These are two-bedroom units and are set within the original farm-walled garden. These cottages are spacious log cabin-style bungalows and provide a charming location to enjoy a self-catering holiday in a private setting, each cabin benefits from its own parking space.

Dog-Friendly Cottages
There are a number of dog-friendly cottages at Moness Resort, all equipped with pet-friendly extras such as wooden floors, doggie treats, feeding bowls and doggie towels. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in each of these cottages.
Hot Tub Cottages
Moness offers a small selection of cottages that are home to hot tubs to allow couples and larger groups to relax in style. Bathrobes and slippers are included in these cottages for an extra special touch.

Uisge (oosh-ghe) is a Gaelic word meaning water
Uisge Bar and Restaurant offers a modern and informal family-friendly spot to chill with a glass of fizz or a light lunch overlooking the pool. The outdoor terrace is ideal for catching some sunshine and soaking up the magnificent Scottish countryside. The chef has created a tasty menu including light bites and traditional favourites that make use of carefully selected local produce. This restaurant is dog-friendly.

The Flemmyng Restaurant

The traditional Flemmyng Restaurant offers an excellent choice of fresh meat, fish and game locally sourced from around Perthshire – the menu is wide-ranging so you can enjoy the very best spectrum of fresh and varied, yet stylish dishes, which are polished, assured and great value for money.
The bar also stocks a fine selection of gin, whisky and wine, or why not combine a coffee and a liqueur for a favourite after-dinner treat?
