There are several country parks nearby such as Monikie and Comrie, and superb golf courses such as Panmure and Monifieth, and all are close enough to enjoy the universities, technology park, and the developing waterfront.

Dundee is Scotland’s sunniest city! And the country's first UNESCO City of Design. Surrounded by diverse countryside which brought us Angus Beef, Arbroath Smokies, Peter Pan, and Bon Scott!
History combined with a modern vibe, the city has two universities, you’ll find a vibrant nightlife; arts and culture, 5* attractions and a Billion £ waterfront development with the Victoria & Albert museum at its centre.

Surrounded by the county of Angus, you can go hillwalking and Munro bagging deep in the Angus glens, or explore Glamis Castle, the childhood home of HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, or Arbroath Abbey, where the Declaration of Independence was signed.

The city itself has a fascinating industrial heritage which is superbly displayed in the 5* family-friendly Discovery Point, RSS Discovery Ship, and Verdant Works.
