This charming 3-star Inn is located in a serene corner of the Exmoor National Park and was originally a thatched cottage before becoming the Swiss Style Inn that sits here today. With only 10 bedrooms the Hunter’s Inn offers a more homely feel than a larger hotel would. Each of the newly refurbished ensuite hotel rooms enjoys views over the hotel's stunning gardens and Exmoor Park. Some bedrooms are fitted with majestic four-poster beds, whilst others have balconies with amazing views. The Sunflower Lodge is a self-catering apartment offering comfortable and flexible accommodation for families and groups. All bedrooms have their own bath and/or shower en-suite, are traditionally furnished and are equipped with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and a hairdryer. Some have four-poster beds and two rooms have balconies overlooking the gardens.
The self-catering apartment, Sunflower Lodge is set within the hotel, but with its entrance. The apartment boasts a generously proportioned lounge/dining room, a well-fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath to soak in after a wonderful walk. Sunflower Lodge is the latest addition to the Hunter’s Inn, it is dog friendly and is ideal for couples or families wanting to kick back and de-stress.
