This hotel is marvellous. Perfect location about transport links and places. Rooms amazingly comfortable specially if you are travelling with dogs. The breakfast experience was superb as everything was quality and fresh and big selection. All of the staff were friendly, helpful with a bright smile and good attitude. Even my dog was treated very well.

This is the hotel that I stayed in for my first ever trip to Birmingham. Upon arrival, I received a very warm welcome from the reception team. The room was lovely. I believe it had recently been refurbished. The breakfast option was vast and came included in the fare which was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed the night here for a concert. The hotel is in a fab location in the City Centre. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the staff are super friendly and helpful and let us check in an hour early. It is also very clean throughout the hotel and sell 2-4-1 tails. I highly recommend!

Decor in reception pleasant and bar open late for hot and cold drinks. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower.
