A lovely hotel in pretty part of the country. The New Year’s Eve package was excellent value including a carvery / buffet with entertainment. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade to a suite. Lots of space but a little dated. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

For a couple of nights break it was great. Room spacious, Bright clean bathroom, Bar and restaurant area was good. Only a couple of minor moans ! Restaurant menu is a little limited and the very good breakfast buffet breakfast could have been hotter. Choice of cereals pastries and breads were very good. Would not hesitate to return.

My sister booked a night for us and we both really enjoyed our stay. (16th March Dinner Bed & Breakfast with a bottle of wine.) On arrival we were greeted by receptionists Charlotte & Chloe. It was lovely to be served by Maz at dinner, also breakfast being served by Cathy. Everyone was so attentive, we will definitely be back and will spread the word at how lovely the hotel was. The meals were also delishous

Disgusting customer service from hotel staff and reception Was charged twice the second 2days after I left took 4 days for my money to be returned And not helpful and actually told “listen here “by reception staff Would never ever recommend this hotel

Lovely clean hotel, staff were great and the food was good. We had an executive twin room in the farmhouse annex. Lovely large room spacious room, with a large bathroom. Bedds we're really comfortable. Our second stay at the hotel, would we stay again, definitely.

We stayed one night ,but not the best experience. Receptionist a little curt with us,not exactly friendly manner. Allocated room had 3 dead flies in the bath!,a constant flickering bathroom light a red hot towel rail which maintenance man couldn,t fix. Not happy so allocated a downstairs room with 4 poster bed. Better than previous room.clean and tidy. Went for evening meal and allocated a table with wet bench,!! ,so moved. Meal itself very good. Breakfast was average,very busy and kept running out of supplies ,mugs,no brown sauce or marmalade. Food replenished but could find yourself with not a lot of choice if come at wrong time. So all in all not satisfactory and doubt if we will come again to hotel.

Ok for a one night stop over, very convenient for the M40. Staff very friendly, looked to be hard pushed coping with a coach party staying. Breakfast lacking items due to being busy I suppose.

This was our second visit to the hotel. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Great to see the quality upgrades to the rooms in the main building. The evening meals on offer are excellent and well presented. The slight downside is the buffet breakfast. There was very little cooked food available on our first morning and no continental options on the second morning. I would however still recommend this hotel as it is set in a great location to visit some really interesting places including Stratford on Avon

We've visited this hotel a number of times. We enjoy the ambience. The food is excellent and the service is good. The hotel is next to Charlecote Park - so this is a bonus for us as members of the National Trust. The room was comfortable but chilly and the keys frequently didn't work.

Room was large and spacious. However there was little natural light due to the amount of foliage covering the window. Staff were excellent and the food was well cooked and delicious.

Hotel bit dated . Room very dusty and ring marks on the glass tops of bedside tables and coffee table . The legs on table very thick with dust . Staff checking in gave us our room no. Then gave someone else the same. They were trying to get into our room. Then she says I don't know how that happened

We had a fab 1 night stay here the hotel was lovely very clean food excellent rooms great everything you needed in them staff were very friendly and polite it was also very quite people were very cosiderate no banging crashing doors the money we paid was great for what we got would 100% go back its in a lovely little village tucked away from busy roads we loved it

A really pleasent christmas break - food was excellent, rooms were clean and well equiped. But best o were the staff who worked so hard to make sure that everybody enjoyed their break - Great value for money - would recommend.
