Soon as we arrived we was really welcomed. Staff were lovely & very polite. Check in and out was quick & easy. Breakfast was so nice. Will definitely be staying again when we come back to visit Liverpool.

We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely fabulous, view was incredible, comfiest bed ever, amazing big bath tub, could not fault a thing. Amazing location, close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Rooms cleaned every day staff where all nice and helpful the hotel is in a good location at the docks just a 10 minute walk to town centre and train station?

Check in was quick, room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with lots of choice of both cooked and continental. Staff helpful when needed.

Excellent stay, very friendly staff. Drinks at bar are very expensive even for hotel prices. Breakfast was excellent, we went out to eat in the evening so can't comment on evening food. Room was clean, and air conditioning worked well.

Very pleasant staff at check in. Room was nice enough for one night, great view of the My and the Liver Building. Room 909. Breakfast was adequate, standard hotel full English with a decent selection of continental as well.

Excellent stay once again. Great staff and the hotel is in a great location for tourists. Great view from our room overlooking the My and the Liver Building. Hotel restaurant was very busy at breakfast, the food was always topped up on the buffet and staff handled the numbers very well. We didn't eat in hotel in the evening.

Hotel stay was very enjoyable only disappointing thing I would say is how can you justify charging £13.90 for one glass of wine no wonder your bar area is empty maybe take a look at your pricings in future.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at the Mercure Hotel in Liverpool. The Staff were very friendly and more than willing to Help. Ella on reception was first class. The location over looking the docks was lovely. Cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be returning.
