Location, warm welcome and the vibe of the hotel and also in regards to the cleanliness it was very reassuring seeing a tab outside on door saying this room has been cleaned. I do like the idea of a seal. This is something all hotels and places should incorporate in their standards.

Only came for one night, everything was spot on. When you check in, just book time slot for breakfast for the following morning..room was spotless & breakfast absolutely delicious..all going by Covid rules. Parked car in train station, a minute walk away £12.50..went to get ticket in train station as did not take cards. Will definitely be back to this lovely hotel.

Stayed at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff for 1 week due to work, it was an enjoyable and comfortable experience, rooms where very comfortable and the food was always hot when delivered to my room, would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay, staff very well mannered , barman/waiter Anthony very helpful and friendly.beautiful hotel,very clean and front desk very helpful.Foods absolutely beautiful and good service.11/10 would stay again.
