A lot of TLC required, damp patches on ceiling in dining room and ripped carpet, rooms and corridors need refurbishment, staff need to where appropriate dress for the job they are doing, quick service in restaurant for evening meal, bar staff and waitresses very friendly

Very good price. Room newly decorated and with sea view. Given our table number for breakfast, made it easy. Good standard buffet breakfast.

First time at the Burlington . We had a good time there .. The Hotel is really lovely .good food .and good entertainment in the Evenings . Mark Snow was brilliant .he is so funny . He works so hard to keep everyone entertained . It was really quiet without him there on the Thursday Evening . Will we visit again .I would think so

Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner were both very tasty although could have been warmer. There are lots of local shops and restaurants/cafes too which filled up our days nicely. Christine the GM welcomed us upon our arrival on Friday and Ivone on reception was kind and informative. Isabella the bar manager was entertaining and helpful. This is a very nice hotel, situated in a perfect spot in this lovely town and I will definitely visit again

This break was great value for money . The breakfast is self service and on the whole was great however on two mornings the sausages looked and were overcooked. The evening meal is split on two sittings i chose the 7.15 which was relaxed and plenty of choices. All the staff are very friendly and special mention to the bar staff think one was called katrina she was very helpful and understanding. Great break
