Extremely friendly and helpful staff especially in the restaurant.Had a lovely little break,rooms are comfortable but could probably do with a bit of a spruce up,but comfortable and warm.Found the heat in the restaurant a bit much and how the staff work in that heat I’ll never know.My only complaint would be the lack of accessibility,no ramps into the property and corridors on the narrow side.All in all a very pleasant hotel.

Large room with sea view. Big old hotel looking a bit faded and in need of a face-lift. Food was better than expected. Staff pleasant and helpful. A bit noisy on the first night due to sea front location. Parking can be tricky but spaces do become available. Overall good value for what we paid.

Room furniture was a little old but serviceable. bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good clean and tidy towels were nice and white and soft Food was first class. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Rooms and hotel nice and clean, spacious rooms with tea/coffee facilities. Excellent breakfast, good quality food. Right on the sea front and close enough to the town.

Friendly staff, and very helpful, we was in the last room at the very top of the hotel and a bit of a walk from the lift (this was to far for my mum to walk to she's 80 this year), when I asked if they had another room not so far away they looked straight away and moved us down a level and nearer to the lift.
