A genuine good welcome, nice room. The only disappointment was a very small room for breakfast room due to a wedding taking place.

we stayed for last friday and sat night very short staffed in the restaurant on the first evening but when the food finally arrived it was exceptionally good rooms very clean like the rest of the hotel well kept the manager richard so very helpful nothing too much trouble we will certainly go back again

We had a lovely stay, clean comfortable room. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us with any questions we had. We will be visiting again in December. A bit of a long wait for food, but very nice when it did arrive.

Enjoyed our stay, room was larger than expected and included a sofa and fridge which were an unexpected bonus. On Saturday lunchtime I wished to travel into Reading by train but due to a Horseracing meeting in Newbury found it impossible to order a taxi. A very kind member of staff (Tom) I took me to the station in his car (much appreciated) Our two night package included Dinner and full English breakfast plus an Adele tribute act on Saturday evening. All in all excellent value for money.

Clean room, comfy bed, quiet place, nice outdoor area and the view at the fields at the back of the hotel. Vey nice stay and I am hopeing to stay again sometimes soon.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Great location for where I was working and great that the kitchen was still working

Very good location just outside Reading. My bedroom accommodation was large with lots of space the Wi-Fi was very fast. Staff very friendly and made you feel welcome all in all had great overnight stay and takeaway breakfast. The room service food was nice too

Had an amazing stay, confi beds and a very well educated staff. Can't wait for my next return to check out the bar and restaurant area, from what I've seen, it looks very cozy and friendly. I personally recommend these hotel if you are on a business trip or just want to relax, since you are in the middle of nature. Keep up the good work guys

Found this hotel by accident while driving to Newbury. Lovely location. Very nice bedrooms/accommodation. Room service and food very nice. The staff very smart, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone passing by or looking for a hotel room
