Good central location However reception at bar with no signage To show us Room smelt on arrival But told receptionist It was from the bath Room clean and spacious Lovely old building

Stayed here fairly last minute for one night for my partners birthday. We had a really nice time, the room was lovely and the decor throughout is quirky and the whole place just has a really nice vibe. Also in a really good location. Every member of staff we came across were friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay here again

Stayed here for the weekend. What an absolutely fantastic, quirky hotel! The room was amazing. The staff were wonderful. Loved it! A beautiful quirky place to stay.

We booked an apartment for birthday celebrations for 4 of us, and we absolutely loved it!! The location was perfect and only about a 5-10 minute walk to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, really spacious, and had everything we needed. We also loved the decor! Can’t wait to hopefully book on our next visit to Chester

Really fabulous night away for my husband's birthday. Told them it was for a birthday and was blown away by the special finishing touches in the room. Bathroom spectacular with the roll top bath for a really relaxing time away. We had excellent nibbles and wine in The Secret Garden too. Couldn't recommend enough.

The hotel is really cool and quirky and the room more than lived up to expectations. Ideal location for shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful beautiful room!! Would highly recommend. Just a block away from old town and everything you want to see in Chester. Great staff. Only a 20 min walk from train station too. Will definitely stay there again.
