Staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean room was warm . Breakfast was freshly cooked. Pleasant stay overall.

Excellent location for Carlisle city centre, free parking on site (although hard to find how to get in, maybe instructions could be sent via confirmation email). Staff pleasant and helpful Rooms ok, bed comfy, water very hot and plentiful, bit too stuffy for our liking. Breakfast good Quite a noisy hotel with being surrounded by bars, restaurants and night clubs as you would expect for a city centre hotel. An ok budget hotel that has seen better days , would have been fab back in the day , good to see some of the decor has been kept.

Location is terrific, staff are excellent. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom had a bath. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Excellent location, really friendly staff and great that they allow dogs. Only down sides were the rooms were very run down, really clean on the face of it, however in the corners and edges they were very dirty and they were very run down decor wise and needed a lick of paint and updating a little. But a pleasant stay and would stay again.
