We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with a great welcome and excellent food and service. All staff friendly but special mention to Sophie and Abi in the sky bar they were both fantastic with recommendations for tails and took care of us all evening and also Patricia who delivered our room service. Thank you for a wonderful stay we have already rebooked to visit again can't wait

The property was well located the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although due to Covid the rooms were not cleaned each day that was not a problem as if you required anything you just had to call reception. The breakfast was very good and the bar staff were spot on

Have a very comfortable and very safe stay last week in this hotel. Everything well catered for within the current Scottish Covid restrictions. The mattress was the best I have slept on for a long time so had very restful sleep. View of the castle from our room was fantastic

We stayed here as a couple early June, Room was amazing with fabulous castle views best appreciated at night when all lit up , hotel had great central location and good breakfast. Would highly recommend if staying in Edinburgh

Bed was comfortable, room was modern and clean. Breakfast was nice and they have vegetarian options also. Very close to city centre and convenient place to stay. Has everything you need like an iron and hairdryer in the room and a nice bathroom. Staff were polite and accommodating. Would stay again.

Staff were great. From the polite and helpful domestic staff, to the breakfast staff who were very polite and helpful and professional along with front of house. Room looked a little tired re carpet and some wear on chair. However, looks like some updating has started, so thats positive.
