The staffs are really friendly and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is just few minuets walk from the city centre and the restaurant has good menu and also has 24 hours access to snacks and drinks.

Stayed two nights. Excellent hotel, comfy room and easy walk to centre. Breakfast was average, but if included in price, go for it, if not there are plenty of places to eat in the area. Service excellent, plenty of parking onsite

We stayed here for 1 night on driving through Dundee. Service and staff here were excellent all round. Some of the most helpful and friendly we experienced in Scotland on our trip. Hotel is located in Dundee city centre. Plenty of car parking space and hotel was very new and clean. It had a gym which was modern and new, great for a night stop. Large breakfast room and lounge area. Room was of a good size, very clean and bed comfortable. Was the perfect hotel for the night. Couldn’t fault for the price and location. Highly recommended

The staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty - you can request vegetarian alternatives if needed and alternative milk options are available.

The hotel is in a perfect location and very accessible. Right in the city and close to many of the big attractions, V&A, Discovery, Dundee Science Centre etc
