Would highly recommend. The staff were so kind and courteous, so helpful. They made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. One of our party had difficulty walking, the staff were so helpful during breakfast, helping, carrying his tray.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. It’s adjacent to the racecourse and convenient to the shops and railway station. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff are friendly helpful knowledgeable and efficient. The hotel is very clean with plenty of hand sanitiser and reminders to wear face masks also to keep socially distant. Will definitely return.

We stayed here for just one night to break up an otherwise long journey. Lovely airy reception, bar and restaurant area. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had our evening meal there, limited menu but good enough choice. All very tasty and reasonably priced. All of the staff we encountered were efficient and pleasant. Overall a very pleasant stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again if back in the area.

Hotel was lovely! Very good with dogs, we have two big ones and could walk on/by the racecourse, very handy. Drinks pricey, but expect that. Close to motorway for stopover. Would stay again

Clean and extremely comfortable - staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived very late at might and the car park was full the concierge moved his car so we had a space.

Really new, well designed hotel overlooking the racecourse. Nice decor, modern furnishings and facilities. Food and service in restaurant was good and the breakfast was well organised with a wide range of options.
