10/10 it is a fabulous hotel. Staff really helpful. In a beautiful location and lots of water sports to enjoy. Food was lovely and not over priced. Will definitely be coming back.

The location and the hotel itself is nice, the staff was helpful and friendly. Please note that you have to book the spa separately, which we did and it was nice. We will definitely come back

Lovely clean rooms and excellent food in the restaurant. Staff extremely helpful and had particularly good service from Matt and Laura nothing was too much trouble and always wiling too help

Nice hotel very clean all round. Very helpful staff. Nice dinner in restaurant. Had breakfast at hotel very nice. Would go there again if visiting that side of wales.

Modern, spacious room. Great views onto the lagoon. Good location to reach the coast and mountains. Great to have a large fridge in the room. Very nice shower. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location in Snowdonia. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms exceptionally clean with great views of the Conwy Valley. The food was fantastic both at breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended

Location was great. Accommodation was lovely and decorated to a high standard. Very comfortable. Decor in reception, bar and restaurant was very stylish and modern. The Spa facilities were perfect and finished to a high standard.
