The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the bacon was yummy. Location was great. The doubletree cookie tails was amazing!

Excellent location: all attractions within the walking distance & no need to use the car! Parking is easier & only £15 for the whole stay (provided if you don’t need to use the car during stay). Breakfast is delicious with wide varieties, well catered & presented.

Property is located right near the main centre and 8 minute walk away from train station. It is all in one place. Quiet hotel except usual morning traffic. Really friendly staff who were very helpful and took our luggage to be stored until we could book in and until our train time on the departure date.

Visited here a year earlier and it is much improved now it is fully open. Breakfast is much better and the common areas much more vast. Bathrooms in the rooms could have done with an upgrade last year too.

We’ve just returned home from our stay in bath, cannot fault this hotel one bit, comfy room great breakfast, staff very helpful, bar staff really friendly cannot say a bad word. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautifully done up, and comfortable rooms with a nice view. Staff were very helpful and friendly, however they seemed to be understaffed.
