Very disappointed in hotel considering I paid approx £170 per night for b&b - air con did not work when arrived, it couldn’t be repaired that day so we were offered a desk fan !!! and it was particularly warm - it was repaired eventually on the 2 nd day - the room itself was poorly furnished in that the TV was on wall round corner from bed so extremely difficult to see !!! Breakfast I thought might have had a wow factor but was very average !! All in all a disappointing stay and I won’t be recommending it to anyone

The room was much bigger than we had anticipated which was great, especially with 2 young children. The location of the hotel was excellent for what we needed.

Stayed here for the weekend and was glad to say this property provided a access to the city centre. Staff were pleasant and helpful and overall the atmosphere was relaxed. The room although a standard double was clean, tidy and a good state of repair. Breakfast included and although buffet service was a good portion and very clean tasting. Recommended the only draw back was parking which was limited at the property.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Attention to detail of cleanliness and hygiene standards were excellent. Breakfast was very well organised and of great quality. Location was superbly convenient.

Booked a few days here, lovely big room clean and very quiet, never heard a thing, obviously the way things are with coronavirus there was no daily clean of the room, but you can live without that, make your own bed!!!, breakfast is lovely good bit of choice and cooked brekkie, nice and hot, staff were very nice and helpful. And your maybe a 10 min walk to the shops.

The public facilities like the bar area and restaurant were absolutely fantastic and a superb atmosphere was created by staff and the decoration of the building. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and well organised so that there was almost no waiting for food at all. Overall very good!

Booked a short stay at this hotel, booking a cosy double, we arrived about 2hrs before check-in time, we're told our room was already available. Got to the room to find we were upgraded to a deluxe king room which was fantastic, air con is kept the room nice and cool, breakfast was just what was needed. Will be booking again.
