Had been intending to try this hotel when it opened but Covid took its toll and it was closed for some months. Booked a one night stay in July and so good went back. Well positioned for West End and Regents Park. Asked for quiet room at rear of hotel which was very good. Very elegant with helpful staff giving wonderful experience from check-in to checkout. Will go back shortly.

Property was brand new just opened In September Staff are beyond helpful and accommodating Very friendly Concierge helped with all dinner reservations at best spots in town Will come back and stay here again.

Would highly recommend this hotel. We came for our 10 year wedding anniversary for the night and the service we got was outstanding. When we checked in our room had been upgraded free of charge, and the room was perfect and we had a lovely view of Hyde park. When we got in the room we were just unpacking when we there was a knock on the door and it was a waiter with a free bottle of white wine in an ice bucket, really nice touch. Nothing was to much trouble for anyone, the 2 doorman there Carlos and Aaron were brilliant too they were so very friendly and made the experience even nicer. Thank you to everyone, we will come back for sure.

Stayed at the hotel for our silver wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite and really looked after us during our stay. It was very quiet as there were minimal international travellers in London but standards were excellent and the style and quality of the refurbishment back in 2018/19 is really top drawer. Not sure who owns it but Hilton LXR as operators clearly know what they are doing. We would certainly return.

The location of the property is perfect. Just across the road from Lucky Cat restaurant and 3 min from Selfridges and Mayfair. The hotel itself is new and beautifully designed.
