The hotel appears well run and efficient and we have stayed in this hotel previously. It was a good choice of location and we stayed for 6 days.

All in all, a very good hotel made so by pleasant, efficient staff in all departments. We had a few queries and issues, all of which were dealt with easily. Food was good if a little expensive and the breakfast was very edible. Our room was on the small size but cheap! I had assumed that like most Crowne Plazas, the rooms are all the same size. Wrong! If you want a bigger room, pay a higher rate.

Staff at reception and in restaurant were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was really good quality - you even managed to make scrambled eggs as good as home cooked! Liked our balcony overlooking the garden.

On arrival to the hotel the reception was very professional and welcoming, great room 207 overlooking the garden this was a family room. We had dinner in the restaurant very enjoyable and great food with excellent service by the staff which I can say also as good at breakfast, with a good selection of hot and cold buffet on offer. Big thank you to all the staff during our stay you made it an enjoyable experience.

From the second we arrived we were greeted with smiles, politeness and a calming atmosphere, each and every staff member was attentive and friendly and we will definitely be back, thanks to all the staff and team
