The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful! The location is also really good as it’s next to the tube station and it’s very quick and easy to get where you need to go

Located very close to transportation and Kensington Gardens. Large rooms. A very friendly staff. And has the usual Hilton comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. I will stay here again

Great location right next to tube station & opposite Hyde Park. Walking distance to Portabello Road & Oxford St. I Breakfast was delightful in Aubaine restaurant & all staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Free bottled water provided in room was a nice touch.

Excellent room as we received a free upgrade. Quality of breakfast was distinctly average though service was lovely and very helpful. However, at this price point no complaints. Great location over the road from Kensington Gardens and right on the Central Line. Easy walk into Paddington or Notting Hill. A really good value option.

The team at this hotel was incredible. Very helpful throughout the stay. All members I came across were friendly no matter the time of day/night. Central to everything and all lines of the tube making it extremely easy to get around the city.

The staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast on Monday was excellent and not quite so good on Tuesday when the restaurant was busier. The room was well appointed and we were provided with extra tea and milk on request.
