Hotel was in a good location - a bit from the centre but only a couple of minutes walk to a Tube Station and right across the road from Kensington Palace Gardens. Hotel rooms were well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed with DoubleTree Hydepark last week. It was a amazing experience right from check in to check out. The staff were professional and very friendly. Room was spotless with all the amenities. We had breakfast next day with good and hot breakfast selection. It clearly reflects the management who is running the hotel have an eye for detail especially during this uncertain times. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had stayed here in July and my husband and I went back for a long weekend just recently. As before, the staff were wonderful. All so friendly and really helpful. This time we paid for a room higher up and the views were brilliant. The hotel is perfectly placed for visiting West London with buses and the underground close by.

We stayed there over the weekend after having not travelled for almost a year and a half. The property is very centrally located which allowed us to enjoy London without having to worry about constant commuting. Notting Hill Gate is a stone throw and so is Hyde park. We loved the staff at the hotel and the cleanliness was above par with Dettol stations in the lobby to sanitiser stations outside every lift We loved this place and will definitely be back again.

Staff where exceptional. I am claustrophobic and wanted a room with window that opened. Staff went out if their way to find suitable room.

Comfortable room with clean modern bathroom, excellent view of park. Enjoyed breakfast in dining room on ground floor. Gym was basic but functional.
