Location was perfect for shopping and near the water. The bed and bedding were great. Room was a decent size. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast was really good too.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of January. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all of the staff are very polite. We had a twin room overlooking Liverpool one and the docks. I was travelling with someone who would require extra assistance in the event of an emergency and the hotel staff explained their evacuation process to us and ensured that we would be cared for. I would also especially like to give credit to Lucian from the Restaurant and Bar staff. He was incredibly polite, professional, and kind. He recommended the best wine for our preference and ensured that we had a wonderful dining experience.

The room was very comfortable and bathroom was stocked with necessary toiletries. Breakfast was very good value for money. hotel was in easy access to Liverpool one shopping centre and also to restaurant we booked before going to theatre

We had a good stay here, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were always helpful and looked to be always on the ball. I’d like to mention one of the staff members, Emma (blonde hair) , who was very attentive and made our night out enjoyable. She also makes a cracking tail even when it was clearly busy on the night. The breakfast was average but well presented, would definitely bring the family here again.

The hotel is situated very near the My within walking distance of Beatles story, Albert docks and shops as well as restaurants. The room itself was spacious with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a good breakfast.
