Great view of the course from the room, the bed was on the firm side but still comfortable. Facilities at the hotel were good, staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed stay. Room service was good, try the Bluebetty Cheesecake if you get a chance.

Was convenient for the event next door. Easy to use the app during the stay - loved the key on mobile feature. However this did remove the interaction with staff. I didn’t use any facilities during my stay so can’t comment further. The room was rather dusty on arrival which was disappointing. Would have expected breakfast to be included in the price

Stayed for a couple of nights over Christmas with our dogs, we had booked a dog friendly room which we found to be absolutely spotless. There are some exceptionally friendly staff at this hotel, Craig in particular at breakfast has hospitality at the core of his being. Our breakfast was lovely, fresh and of great quality. We will stay again and again now we know the warm welcome we received with our dogs. Well Done

Had a 2 night stay for a racecourse event and was super pleased The communication from start to finish was brilliant , we were able to pick our room before arriving , check in was quick and very easy ( we had a query so used the front desk ) receptionist was efficient and very helpful on booking an evening meal . Room (211 ) super clean , nicely stocked drinks and toiletries . Beds were comfy and both my daughter and I slept really well , for a front facing room its very quiet ! Breakfast was out of this world lots of choice , cooked was hot and fresh . the continental was fresh . Evening meal was superb , the bacon cheese burger was amazing but the soup of the day was out of this world ! ( I am a total soup s ) Very well priced ! ALL staff we met were friendly , professional and went out their way and actually looked as tho they enjoyed what they were doing which as someone who works in the tourist sector I totally get how difficult this can be !!!!! Check out was quick email receipt sent over . Im super impressed with our stay and we will be back

Stay every year for our annual crufts style show and never disappointed our room was large and the bed massive with spotless white bedding Tv fridge iron hairdryer etc all inclusive Enjoyed our stay. See you next year
