Breakfast was very good and replenished regularly. The gym was very well equipped, much better than I expected and nice and roomy. The staff were always attentive asking after your needs and sorting out taxis. The length of time you had to check out (midday), allowed me to use the gym the morning of my departure, much appreciated.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced, breakfast great. Friendly and very helpful staff. The location was a couple on minutes from John Lewis. The young female manager on reception was exceptional and very hard working and efficient.

Great location just a short walk to city centre. Room & entire hotel were really clean. Lovely range of toiletries in the bathroom. Staff at check in very helpful & friendly. Hotel was quiet even though our room was just outside the lift. Quick check in despite a queue.

Great hotel, very clean, very smart. Bonus is the plugs for charging are right next to the bed, also with additional USB ports. Plenty of plug points round the room which you don’t normally get in most hotels. 3 mirrors which is great too. Staff were great when we needed extra sheets in the night.

Check in was smooth and faultless and our room overlooked the A64. Was worried about the traffic noise, but the room was adequately sound proofed and did not notice any noise. The room was clean and tidy, great shower room and a very comfy bed. The breakfast was reasonably good, some supply issues beyond their control. The hotel a great central location within Leeds city centre for whatever you have planned. Really enjoyed the night here and would definitely stay again.
