My stay at the hotel (with my two sisters) was very good. The room was bright with fresh decor and furnishings. It was very clean and a good size. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel which was good. The hot food was not greasy and tables were cleared of any dirty dishes etc very swiftly. Having the reception desk on the second floor was a surprise and the lifts being out of order was not great. we only had small cases so could carry them. (This is the reason for a 9 on service not 10 - any staff we spoke to were very pleasant and helpful) I would be very happy to visit the hotel in the future.

First time stay at this very convenient hotel for rail travellers, arrived 10:30am and used the bag drop-off room so we could go out have the day shopping in the city with out dragging our bags around, arrived back at the hotel at 5pm check in was easy room was nice size clean and with a good view of the station. Breakfast was good and check out was faultless All the staff we met from reception house keeping and the breakfast team were all polite courteous and helpful a credit to the hotel

We have just returned from a 3 night weekday stay. We arrived at mid day but were able to get into our room straight away. This was a plus as we were expecting to have to wait until 3pm. The room was large, very clean and had all that we needed. The service we received was excellent. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast, which was included in the deal, was very good. The hot food was hot and plentiful.The only downside on the catering was that the floor area of the servery was small and it was crowded at peak times. The location of the hotel is excellent as it's literally across a road from the railway station and there are plenty of places to eat and drink around it.. We will certainly stay here again if we ever return to Newcastle as the staff were lovely, helpful and the service was excellent.

Quiet room, good choice for breakfast. friendly staff. Close to all amenities. Had issue with air con and no . tried to fix it, was moved to another room. no further issues.

everything was great. our room had a great view of the whole new caslte. the hotel is located in a very central part of the city and you can go anywhere at any time. very clean and friendly hotel. we would especially like to thank marizza. She is very sweet, very helpful and friendly. Everything we needed was always there to help us and guide us in everything. Marizza you are an amazing and excellent professional. You deserve all the stars
