Well located with all the facilities we were looking for. The breakfast and restaurant were well run and the staff friendly. The hotel is close to Kings Cross station and a short cab ride with all our bags did not break the bank. The facility was clean and rooms were comfortable, all was well supported by friendly attentive staff.

Brilliant hotel, fantastic location. Housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff attentive and friendly. Superb quality breakfast, beds so comfy. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in London. Quiet hotel in a great location.

We stayed here on Sunday till Monday and I must say the customer service are remarkable from the staff especially from the receptionists who are really helpful. We forgot our stuff and left it behind. They posted it without asking any money. Will definitely stay here again.

If you need an overnight hotel in the centre of London, this is perfect. Fifteen minutes easy walk from Kings Cross, St Pancras and Eurostar. The hotel is well run and gives you everything you would expect from Hilton including a great breakfast.
