The location near the Marble Arch was perfect. It was close enough to all the major sights but also not in the middle of the chaos of central London.

Very friendly and efficient welcome. All staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice and again very friendly staff keen to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.

The location is perfect - right off Oxford Street and very close to the M&S flagship store and Selfridges. The nearest underground station being Oxford Street and Bond Street. The checkin process was smooth. The rooms are very small but fine to sleep with not much of moving space. The breakfast spread is good. There is a small Costa Coffee Counter just outside the hotel which opens quite early in the morning . The staff at the front desk and the concierge are very friendly and helpful. Cabs are easily available as there is a parking area for the taxi’s just outside the hotel. Overall a nice hotel with a pleasant stay

Staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were really spacious, beds were comfortable and everything we needed was available. Breakfast was great and we were very well looked after. I also left my keys in my room when I checked out and they made sure they were still there for me and called me back to say they had them.

The location to Oxford Street and Selfridges is a two minute walk. The room size was very generous.

Perfect location for Oxford Street and Hyde park-2 min walk either way. Hotel is safe and clean, staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms are also spacious with comfy beds and great shower
