So clean and big. Lots of room and plenty of choices for food/drink. The room was a good size and had a nice view for what it was on that road. Bed was so comfy. Across the road from a tube station so very convenient to get to a more central location as there wasn’t a lot around.

Prior to booking the hotel I was reading the reviews and I found quite a few negative reviews but I still went ahead with the booking as it’s a Hilton. Thankfully, the hotel was fantastic and the members of staff were excellent especially Marcelo and Karim in the front desk. They also offered a complimentary upgrade which made my day. The location in which the hotel is situated is very good. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

I was impressed with his level of customer service. The hotel room is newly furnished, beds are comfortable and toilet is clean. My daughter enjoyed the gym. The breakfast spread is good too. Subway is just across the road and very convenient for us to visit the different sites in London.

Lovely room, and good location in Marylebone, next to Paddington station. Fantastic breakfast selection, the waffles and banana bread were fantastic. Exec lounge had a wonderful little buffet and drinks selection. Especially the mini cheesecakes and the rhubarb desserts. Restaurant staff exceptional.

Location is superb. A few minutes walking to Marble Arch and just next to a very convenient Edward’s Roads underground station. It has direct and fast connection to all the train stations connected to the airports: Victoria, Paddington, St.Pancrass or Liverpool Street. Additionally the Bakerloo line takes you also directly to Piccadilly Circus. Breakfast was also great. That was a nice stay.

The hotel has just been refurbished and looks very nice and rooms are very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an executive room with use of club room, highly recommend the upgrade as they serve beverages all day and snacks
