The customer service was excellent. The location was superb, with excellent eating establishments nearby.The breakfast was great. Although we didn't dine in the hotel the menu seemed very good and good value. The hotel was modern and had a good atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and all staff were very helpful and friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is lovely, the rooms very clean with comfy beds. It’s in a great location right by the harbour, the lift straight down to the harbour is super convenient too. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever had!!! All the staff we encountered we very friendly, we will definitely be visiting again!!

Stayed for 3 nights midweek in March. This is an outstanding hotel to visit when in Torquay. Staff , rooms , bar and breakfast all superb. Very clean in rooms and public areas. Would highly recommend this establishment.

The breakfast was excellent and very tasty, the room was very spacious and had everything we needed and the view was amazing! All of the staff were very polite and chatty, all in all a very good stay.

New hotel with pleasing modern design. Included breakfast was good quality. Comfortable beds and cool, dark rooms. Central location. Worth paying for a room with a view as had excellent view of the harbour versus one of a half built carpark.

The room was absolutely spotless, not a smudge in sight. The staff were so friendly and assisted with every little need. The ambience was marvellous and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Comfiest bed as well and cleanest bathroom seen! Gorgeous view from our rooms and it adjoined onto my nan’s room so we could check on her regularly! Just a fantastic experience for a great price!
