The best location! The room size was good, bigger than other hotels in the area. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. liked a big mirror at the entrance as well. Rooftop bar was fantastic. People might say the size of the terrace is not that big. But it has a great view and the service was great.

Room suite was lovely. Lots of tech for the lights but too much fiddling really. The Bluetooth digital key worked in the lift but failed repeatedly to open the room door, despite being reset twice by reception. Nice idea but meant after checking in online and going up to room we then had to come back down to reception to get a door key.

Booked a regular room - arrived a few hours early and asked if they could look after our bags for a few hours before check-in. Enquired about an upgrade and took it and was allowed the room for a few hours before check in time - The Barry Suite. Absolutely fantastic room, modern tablet and tv with everything included - as well as cognac! Staff here are what set it apart (nick I believe) on front desk was exceptional. They also agreed to bring breakfast to the room at no extra cost. Service impeccable.

First off, the staff members are all super friendly. They gave a feeling that they are always ready to meet different requirements from their customers. Deeply appreciate their deep consideration! And the housekeeping service was excellent! I went to a 4 stars hotel in London last time. But I think the clearness here is better. Lastly, the location is super convenient. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel to people who are planning to visit London.

Very clean and very calm hotel right by Trafalgar Square. The service was impeccable and staff was great. Disappointed that I could not get a table to eat on the rooftop restaurant, the manager sorted it out for me and got me a complimentary tail in the lounge while I was waiting for my table to be set up. I was well looked after!

My mom, aunt, and I visited for a girls trip in early March. Not only was the hotel location perfect (right in Trafalgar Square - walking distance to everything!), but the hotel staff were courteous, kind, and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping visited the room often and kept the room well stocked with everything we needed and wanted. The room (a family suite) was incredibly comfortable and plenty spacious for three adults. The blackout curtains were fabulous and helped us quickly recover from jet lag with a dark, peaceful night’s sleep. Can’t wait to return!
