We arrived on our train at Victoria Station and walked across the street to the hotel. We were very early and planned on checking our bag in and checking in to our room later but our room was ready. We used the Concierge at the hotel. He was great. Helped us with everything from giving us saving tips to handling our restaurant reservations and taxis. The hotel staff were friendly too. The bar was good. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great! Two theatres in walking distance. Buckingham Palace also in walking distance. Morning breakfast is typical buffet, not bad but not great.

Great location and the view from the room was fabulous over the city. The room felt peaceful and the lounge area was also peaceful in the middle of the busy city.

Great hotel right next to Victoria station. Everything about this hotel was great from the staff, the room, the ease of everything It was comfortable and clean. Great value. Had everything we needed and more.

Great location especially for walking to the Apollo Victoria theatre where we were going to see Wicked the musical.

We'd been looking for somewhere comfortable and convenient to stay close to the Victoria Palace Theatre, and the Doubletree fitted the bill. Situated just to the rear of Victoria Station, it's a large, modern but fairly quiet hotel with good amenities and friendly staff. Our seventh floor room was pretty quiet despite overlooking the station (and we were very happy with our stay. The buffet breakfast was very good too, with a range of the traditional hot and cold options, and very helpful and attentive staff. If you're looking for a good, comfortable spot to get around central London from, you could do a lot worse than this.

Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Choice of pillows was nice and the warm cookie on arrival was a nice touch. It put a smile on our faces from the off.
