We had a lovely stay, room was good, but needs blackout curtains as blinds don’t keep out enough daylight. Also pillows too hard and a summer duvet would have been better. Bathroom small but a great walk in shower. Food at breakfast was good but was lukewarm. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I would definitely stay again. The staff at check in and check out were amazing, a 10 out of 10 for them.

Lovely stay, staff very nice and helpful. Particularly at breakfast when they offered me gluten free alternatives.

Just back from another lovely overnight at fishers. Can’t complain about anything. Staff are all lovely. Very welcoming on arrival. Room was spotless We were in room 59 which has a huge bay window looking into the gardens. Dinner and breakfast were superb. Will definitely be back again soon

Just returned from an overnight stay at Fishers Hotel Pitlochry. The staff were very friendly. I requested an accessible room as I have walking difficulties. The room itself had a very uneven floor which made it difficult to walk about in. The walls are very thin you can hear other guests talking and TVs playing in other rooms. The bathroom was dreadful. No space for toiletries or anywhere to hang a towel at the wash-hand basin. The thermostatic controller on the shower was broken and it was impossible to regulate the shower temperature and the water was unbearably hot. There were holes all over the tiles where previous fitments have been removed and not replaced.

We were given a hotel break voucher for my husband's 70th birthday and booked into the Fishers hotel. I asked for a garden view but was very disappointed to find our view was roof tops and bins. I don't usually complain but I did this time and was given the best room on the ground floor, it even had a patio with table and chairs. Shame we weren't given that room in the first place but the remainder of our stay was good.

Disappointed the complimentary wine was only available in red and couldn't be exchanged. Buffet breakfast was very nice but cooked items got cold when left at the table to get coffee. Tea and coffee should be served at the table to eliminate this.

Our gift voucher was handed over to reception on booking in, it was for bed, breakfast and a bottle of wine in our room. We were told we would receive complimentary drinks and assumed they were instead of the wine as there was none in our room. We never received either. We were not given anything to hand over to exchange for our drinks, disappointed as not everyone feels confident in asking for something which should have been included in our gift voucher.

Pitlochry is a lovely wee, hugely overpriced, TOURIST TRAP! However…it’s a beautiful hotel offering great service. The cooked breakfast left a little to be desired (bacon waaaay undercooked (to our liking), sausage and haggis cremated) but the continental selection was very good and it was a nice cup of coffee. Very cheeky to ask already paying customers to pay £5 to park in their carpark overnight though!

Just a note your Web site says £7.50 for hotel car park Now £5.00 Hotel situated in Town Centre which was good. Our offer included a bottle of Wine We got Red when down at bar we asked if we could change it to White Barman gave us a curt reply No can't change it to White so spoilt our welcome to this hotel and Pitlochry as we could not enjoy and relax with a glass of wine Both of us had a cooked scottish breakfast which was luke warm also no table service regarding your Tea/coffee and toast You had to get this/yourself and wait in queue. In general a tidy hotel to stay in.

The Hotel staff were all helpful from the front desk to the house keeping. How ever we had dinner in their Coach House Restaurant My husband ordered fish and chips which came covered in salt which he doesn’t like. I asked them politely to change the order explaining he didn’t like salt . I changed it to steak pie . When it came all seemed fine until he opened the steak pie and there was salt lying at the bottom of the dish absolutely disgusting and so unprofessional. Wasted the experience of the rest of the hotel .

A most enjoyable stay. Hotel was lovely and clean and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The afternoon tea was excellent and would certainly recommend to friends. I felt the main menu didn’t have a great variety on all of the courses. Would definitely return on another short break

Very nice hotel with excellent service throughout visit. Meals first class with bonus afternoon tea as bonus. Busy hotel in centre of town and handy for attractions and shops. Bedroom was very nice and facilities more than adequate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit to the area.
