Property was a great location, we needed it for a NEC event - less than a 10 minute drive! reception staff were really friendly & helpful.

Excellent standard of room, well equipped, modern, clean, plenty of towels and comfy beds and quiet at night with little noise from the corridors or adjoining rooms. Evening meal was excellent, good choice and well cooked with prompt and friendly service from the staff including bar staff. To top it all the Manager raided the first aid box to bring a plaster up to my room later for a blister I managed to produce! Can’t fault it for NEC event stay and would definitely use if flying from Birmingham airport. Will be a great choice if chosen!

We stayed for one night. We were visiting the NEC and seeing a bit of Birmingham. The room was a good size and clean. Shower room had toiletries and a nice big mirror although it could do with a shaving/makeup mirror. There were tea and coffee facilities and a good sized fridge. We had a great view over the airport and couldn’t hear any noise which was great. The bar was pleasant and the breakfast good with helpful staff.

Location, style of the hotel. Food very good. Didn't have breakfast so couldn't comment. The rooms were good, the Queen size bed very comfy. The pillows though were the size you would struggle to put on a single bed.

The hotel has everything you can ask for as a pre flight hotel, the room is very spacious with a modern en-suite shower room with a huge walk-in shower. The restaurant and bar are fantastic and great value. Far above any airport hotel we have stayed at previously.
