We stayed in a twin room on the 13th floor. The onsite car park was easy to find and plenty of spaces. It is chargeable on top of your room rate and costs £12 overnight. The hotel is central so you if you drive a non-electric vehicle you will need to pay the clean air zone charge of £8 per day too. The hotel location is excellent - right on Broad Street with plenty of restaurants, bars etc nearby. It was only a 10 min or so walk to the Arena. Great if you are attending a concert / show. The room was clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities you would expect such as shower, TV, comfortable beds etc. The breakfast was very busy and quite chaotic we found. The selection seemed fine but there were long queues. The lifts are also slow. We had to wait ages for the lift each time and being on the 13th floor - stairs weren't really an option. Overall, we found this hotel to be very good value for money and an excellent choice if you are attending a show at the Arena nearby. Would happily stay again

We were very impressed with our stay. The location is ideal for any event at the ICC (which is why we were staying). There is a carpark at the back which is well signposted on Tennant street, which makes staying very convenient if you are driving. The room was spacious, we had enough room to put up our travel cot for our toddler. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the room had a powerful shower which was great. We enjoyed a breakfast at the hotel every morning which had a nice selection of hot and cold and the added bonus of a waffle machine! I want to say a particular thank you to the staff who were all incredibly friendly. We were very impressed with the house keeping staff and came back every day to a beautifully clean and replenished room. I would without doubt stay here again.

We stayed overnight for an event at the Utilita Arena. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Good bathroom and shower, again clean and looked recently refurbished. Bed extremely comfortable. Buffet breakfast was included and we enjoyed the full English breakfast. Being over 17 floors the lifts get quite busy and you can spend some time waiting for one. The car parking round the back is on a different postcode to the hotel - B15 1EY. A good stay for a very reasonable price

easy walk to symphony hall and back. Food is available via the bar after 10pm . getting food after a concert on the hotel site after a concert is becoming safer and more sensible than going to a street cafe, now I am elderly !

The sofa bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly. The price for 2 nights was surprisingly good for a Bank Holiday.
